ASHLEY AND EMERSON | CERUTIS BANQUET HALL, FORT WAYNE, IN

Ashley and Emerson were married this past spring in Fort Wayne, IN. They were married at St. Vincent Catholic Church and held their reception at Cerutis Banquet Hall.   Ashley and Emerson described their wedding using these three words, classic, fun, and elegant.  I loved that they put their simple fun style into all of their details.  From the simple invitations to the fun neon glowing drink cups at the reception, this wedding was full of of fun, classic details.

The two of them wanted to remember spending their wedding day with their family and dearest friends.  During the planning process, Ashley found out her mother was very sick. It was a blessing that she was able to attend this magical day and watch her beautiful daughter marry the love of her life.  In the midst of all of the emotion brought on by the illness of Ashley’s mom, there was a tremendous amount of happiness and joy all around.  A goal of mine was to make sure that I captured lots of raw genuine images of Ashely’s mom so Ashely and her family could remember just how happy she was on this special day.  I did my best and captured many candid images of her, and she was smiling ear to ear in every image, full of love and happiness.

Ashley and Emerson chose to have a Trolley take the wedding party from St. Vincent to Cerutis so we stopped at St. Francis College to take their portraits.  If you are planning a wedding and on the fence about renting a trolley…do it!! I have never had a wedding party that didn’t love it.  It is a blast.

Here are a few images from their fun, classic Fort Wayne wedding.
